Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why should my company use Executive Offices?

A: For any company, the capital investments, long-term lease commitments, lead times, and start-up costs for a new office  can be daunting.  Couple this with the need to add administrative office staff before there is sufficient work to keep them productive and the small-firm, professional, corporate field office, or entrepreneur faces a cash-flow dilemma.  Firms that use an executive office center for their office often find that access to other professionals in the center provides valuable  networking exposure for their businesses. Relief from administrative details, outsourced to the EOSS’s staff, allows you to focus on growing your business and contributes to your productivity and income. And, last but certainly not least, your firm's professional image is significantly enhanced, leading to more client and customer relationships and greater sales. EOSS provides the Total Office Solution to meet your office needs.

Q: What kind of companies use Executive Offices?

A: Many Fortune 500 firms base field employees in Executive Office Centers. This strategy allows employees to be based in  their regions rather than in large, expensive corporate offices. Driven by rapid up-sizing and downsizing in response to changing economic conditions, companies of all sizes are finding that long-term leases on office space, with high capital  demands and additional overhead, put real stress on their capital and profitability. Changes in branch and regional office  needs for sales forces add further pressure to the need to find more flexible office facility arrangements. Executive Offices provides an ideal place for branch offices for law firms, insurance agencies, real estate brokerages, CPA firms, architectural, consulting, and sales organizations. EOSS offices provide credibility and professional image to entrepreneurs, professionals, small firms, and large corporations.

Q: Why not just use a home office?

A: Home offices may appear to be a low cost solution for your office. However, how much of your valuable time is spent "running to the post office"; "running to a copy or shipping center"; maintaining office equipment; not to mention, dealing with the distractions at home?  Do you have to meet your clients at some restaurant or coffee shop? To enhance your "professional image", do you have to pay for a post office box so your business mailing address is not a residential  address? An Executive Office is the solution to all these issues. You can spend your valuable time on your business and its  success rather than on all these non-productive tasks and enhance your firm's professional image.

Q: Does my company save money and time locating at Executive Offices?

A: At EOSS, your initial costs are far less than the costs for you to set up comparable facilities in traditional office environments. EOSS requires a small services retainer deposit; but you save thousands of dollars in capital investment for furniture, office equipment, telephone systems, Internet connections, administrative hiring, utility deposits, remodeling and  all the other costs related to new traditional office space. Plus, EOSS can have you set up and operating within several hours compared to weeks and months for conventional office space.

Q: Is my company committed to a long-term lease?

A: Executive Offices does not use leases. Our standard Business Services Agreement is for 12 months with annual renewals on pre-specified terms. However, we have the flexibility to provide you with any terms ranging from month-to-month to multi-year agreements.

Q: Can we keep our existing telephone numbers?

A: Yes. Any local area telephone number may be "ported" to the EOSS telephone system.  EOSS also can provide Toll Free  Inbound ("800" numbers) for your firm or port your existing Toll Free number to our system.

Q: Why use a Virtual Office?

A: Some clients don't like dealing with home-based professionals, seeing them as small time, and definitely resent the  home-based business owner's answering-machine approach to communications.  Business meetings in coffee shops and  restaurants expose supposedly confidential conversations about the client's business to neighboring tables and service  personnel interruptions. Some companies, working on a model used by some major corporations, base field employees at home and use office  business centers located nearby to provide all of the amenities of an office for meetings, mail and administrative support,  using all of the Center's facilities except the actual office. Home-based firms are finding that the Virtual Office programs provided by Executive Offices are a cost-effective solution.  These Virtual Office programs provide all of the amenities of a corporate office, except the office itself. The Virtual Office  client has access to fully furnished “day offices" for client meetings or can use the EOSS’s conference rooms for larger client meetings.

Q: What if I don't need an office full-time?

A: Executive Offices offers a great solution for those businesses and professionals who require a local market location but don’t need a full-time office. Pay only for the office time you use while enjoying the full benefit of an EOSS office. Choose from 1, 2, or 3 day per week plans.
